Bernard Faley


95, of Paramus, passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2019. Before retiring, Bernard worked for Heimer & Company in Clifton as a Stain Glass Artisan. Prior to that he worked for Lamb Studios, a contemporary of Tiffany & Company, in the Liturgical Arts. He was a member of the American Legion Post 21, Cresskill. Bernard was a WWII veteran serving proudly with the 64 Fighter Wing in the European Theater from 1942-1945 earning the rank of SGT in the US Army Air Corp. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Visitation R.C. Church.

Cherished husband of the late Antoinette (nee Rucereto)(2016). Loving father of, Judith Faley of New Milford and Doug Faley and his wife Valerie of Paramus. Treasured grandfather of Christopher and Amanda and great-granddaughter Makayla. Dear brother of the late Rita Brower and the late Raymond Faley .

Family will receive friends on Thursday November 7, 2019 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home 113 South Farview Avenue, Paramus, NJ. Funeral Service will be held at 9:30 am on Friday November 8, 2019, at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, followed by a 10:00 am Funeral Mass at Our Lady of the Visitation R.C. Church 234 N. Farview Avenue Paramus. Interment George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, NJ
