Since 1927 the Vander Plaat Memorial Home has had a tradition of service to the families we serve and the community. In a mobile society we understand that it is not always possible to attend calling hours or the funeral service.
As a service to our community the Vander Plaat Memorial Home will forward your words of condolence, printed on the card of your choice. Using one of our stock greetings or with your own words of condolence printed inside.
We will see that your message is received by the appropriate family member. There is NO CHARGE for this service and we would be honored to help you let that special friend, relative or business associate know that your thoughts and prayers are with them.
After selecting a cover for your condolence card, fill out the short form. Your card will be printed, and either hand delivered or mailed to the deceased family.
